Little Round Yellow Pill With A Heart On It

I have a little yellow round pill with the capital letter L on one side and nothing on the other side. Please help me figure out what this is. Thank you. ## There is an over the counter tablet that matches this description, which is listed by the FDA as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which many people take for heart health and blood thinning. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

It contains 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the low dose available over the counter that many people use for blood thinning and heart health. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. Learn more Aspirin details here. Are there any comments or questions?

Hi. I was cleaning my 16 year-old son's room and found a bottle of little, round yellow pills. About 30 of them. My heart sank. I think they are dilaudid or hydromorphone, at least what I've been able to glean from the research I've done. But I am not sure; I cannot find any reference to the inscripted P on one side (4 is on the other) vs. the K or M commonly found with dilaudid. Can anyone help me identify it? ## I am sorry to hear about your findings ... and sadly, yes, the pills which you have described are Dilaudid 4 mg. The manufacturer's product sheet states "DILAUDID 4 mg TABLETS are yellow, debossed with a P on one side and the number 4 on the opposite side." (PDF format, page 18). I wish you and your son the best with this. Do you have any other question...
