white oval tablet bisected m538 on one sude ## I am a little confused by your description of the pill. Yellow line pill V white tablet? Anyhow based on the imprint you provided I located a similar pill with the marking M358 as opposed to the M538 you mentioned. M358 fits your description of white oval and bisected on one side with M358 on the other. This pill is a combination of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (500 mg - 7.5 mg). Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. For more information about this drug, please refer to the link below... If you have any more questions or concerns, please post back and I will be happy to help you.

1st - oblong oval white pill has IP 137 on one side and 800 on back. 2nd - small light yellow round pill with M 89 on it. 3rd - small white round pill with AN 627 on it. 4th - small white and yellow capsule with ETHEX on yellow part and 041 on white part. ## IP 137 This is Ibuprofen 800mgs, a generic for Motrin. M89 is Meloxicam 15mgs, a generic for Mobic. These are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories. AN627 is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram. This is derived from an opiate, so it is classified as a narcotic, but it does not carry the side effects of a narcotic and acts as an anti-inflammatory in the body. ETHEX041 This is Oxycodone IR 5mgs, a generic for Roxifast. This is a narcotic pain reliever. ## little small round white pill with looks like 458 on it

White Round pill with R M B printed on one half of one side (the rest is blank) with a little divider divot underneath it. Got it in Macao from a doctor for having canker sores on my throat along with two other pills: Amoxy 500 capsule (maroonish on one half that has the words printed and a blank dark yellow half), and a small, oval, orange pill that both sides of CP stamped on the upper half and a funny looking L (where the end of the bottom part of the L is slightly curved up as if someone drew a comma too close to it) with a divot separating the CP and L. Was instructed to take the first two (1) three times a day, with the orange oval one being (2) three times a day. I can only assume th...
