I nearly died from an intravenous procain penicillin shot

I had a throat infection and chest infection coming on and because I'm travelling I always take some procain penicillin shots with me as they help me recover quickly and faster than the orals. I've used them for about 15 years when I needed to. But this time is life changing and no one understands. I'm hoping there is someone this happened to, to talk to. As soon as I had the shot which was administered into my upper bottom hip area (same spots for years) as soon as pin out I had a rush of blood go through my body to my head, then a ringing sensation in my ears, then felt dizzy and lost all orientation, followed by very very fast heart beats and then loss of breathing.
