L612 Tiny White Pill

white small oblong pill with 1612 number blank on other side

Can you tell me what it's for? I'm trying to get my pills together or throw them away if I can't identify them. Also I have a tiny white pill 278 on the one side and looks like 91 on other side. your help would be a life saver. I am 65 years of age with multiple myloma and lupus and i live alone. My children live in georgia, so i don't ask for help as they have to live their own life. I am afraid to take a pill if i don't know what it is.
