This could be a CVS or Walgreen pill, perhaps antacid?? ## The closest match I found has the same imprint, but is round and not elongated as you mentioned. Since no other results come close in the prescription drug databases, I'm thinking you are right in that this is an over-the-counter medication. I would probably consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out, as over-the-counter meds usually don't show up in the prescription drug databases for identification, and aren't required to show up either. Please do post back though if you are able to have it identified there in person, so others here can see what it is. Thanks!

blue, small ## Then why does the bottle say Levothyroxin if it is a valium?? Just another code name to confuse the good people?? Or just another thing to make people feel stupid?? Seriously, the different names they give pills confuse people so that they may be taking something that can be addicting or can seriously harm somebody. ## THIS IS NOT VALIUM! This is Levothyroxine 150mcgs. Now as to your confusing pill different name theory, the only time they are different is between name brands and generics. The name brands have a proprietary patent so when the generics become available they are not allowed to use the same name, so instead they use the actual drug name, which is the name of the active ingredient.

The pill is round, yellow and has L114 on one side. I was told it was like caffeine and used for energy or like a cup of coffee. ## This pill is Caffeine, 200 mg. Higher doses (150-200 mg or more) of caffeine can cause anxiety, dizziness, headaches, and the jitters. Caffeine can also interfere with normal sleep.

small round white pill with L124 on one side nothing on the other side ## I LIVE IN BALTIMORE, MD. I HAD A REFIL ON MY LAMITROGINE 200MG TABS. THE PHARMACY, GAVE ME THESE PILLS INSTEAD GOOD THING I KNOW WHAT ALL MY PILL LOOK LIKE AND KNOW WHERE 2 CHECK INCASE THERE USING DIFF BRAND. THIS MEBPROXINE COULD HAVE KILLED ME!!!!!!!!!!! i HAVE ASEIZURE DISORDER(EPILEPSY). ## Actually, L124 is lamotrigine. It is another generic for lamictil. My old generic was the blue diamond so I called the pharmacy when I saw it had been replaced with the new white round pill with L124 on it. It is the right medication. ## Since switching from the name brand Lamictal to generic lamortigine 200 mg, I have usually been dispensed a blue, diamond shaped tablet made by Teva USA. Recently, I received instead a whi...

White oval pill with L124 on one side and 200 on the other ## This is some type of an over the counter medication, not found in the databases. Typically, anything that starts with an L1 is an over the counter generic acetaminophen or tylenol, or ibuprofen or motrin. ## L 124 200 This is Cimetidine 200mgs, a generic for Tagamet. ## That's it - thanks. Put the last one in my pill case and then didn't remember what it was. ## Very welcome, I have done that before myself. ## No wonder I couldnt find it. I thought it was saying Ll (two ll's) not L1. Little things make such a huge difference! ## OOps, yes, I can see how you could read it that way, especially with the way you are feeling right now.

round blue -white blue on top white on bottom ## What is the formal name of drug L126? ## This is not 100% definite since I am seeing different possibilities here, but let me know if any of the following sound familiar: Coricidin 325 mg Acetaminophen + 2 mg Chlorpheniramine Or it could also be Sudafed Cold & Cough. Bottom line is this is most likely an Over The Counter cold/cough med. Pete

Half blue, half white, oblongish pill with L127 imprint ## just took it ## I am having a difficult time locating this exact pill. Pills marked with an L are manufactured by LNK International and they only make over the counter products, they are sold by various stores as generics or store brands, such as Tylenol and Excedrin. Do you have any more questions or information to add? Please post back if you do.

White oblong pill L151 on one side ## oblong pill with L151 on it ## I am sorry, I've tried quite a few different resources, but I am not finding a listing for this, anywhere. It is probably because these pills marked with an L followed by additional numbers are over the counter items, not prescription medications, so the imprints are not regulated and logged. Does anyone else know what this is? Was it found in the U.S.? ## I believe they are over the counter sleep aids probably from Walgreens. You should go to Walgreens and look at their brand of sleep aids that come in a bottle. I say this because I bought some a while back and put some in a container next to my bead for when I can't sleep at night. But since they aren't in the original container I would urge you to go loo...

This small peachish pink oval shaped pill has L 167 imprinted on it. The opposite side has a line where u could split it in to two halfs. ## Based on my research, an oval pink pill marked "L167" is identified as Clonidine hydrochloride 0.1 mg. Manufacturer: Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited Clonidine has been prescribed historically as an antihypertensive drug, but has found new uses, including treatment of some types of neuropathic pain, opioid detoxification, sleep hyperhidrosis, anaesthetic use, and off-label, to counter the side effects of stimulant medications such as methylphenidate or amphetamine. It is becoming a more accepted treatment for insomnia, as well as for relief of menopausal symptoms. Clonidine is increasingly used in conjunction with stimulants to treat attenti...

I found a foil package for 2 pills that were large red diamond shaped pills now they are missing but nothing I Google describing them comes up ## What you're describing sounds just like a 50mg Desvenlafaxine Extended Release manufactured by Ranbaxy. It's an antidepressant generic for Pristiq. Here's what the NIH site describes it as: "50 mg, light pink colored, diamond shaped, biconvex tablets, debossed with ‘L189’ on one side and plain on other side." Does this sound like what you found? Hope this helps! Source: ## I'm sorry no that's not it they have the letters JR on front and 445 on back ## We'd like to start a new thread for the pill "JR 445" since the title of this one describes a pill with "L189" on it. Is the JR 445 pi...

I found a large round white tablet with L190 on one side and nothing on the other side. Please identify. ## I cannot find a listing for this in any of my resources, which is probably because most tablets marked with an L followed by additional numbers are over the counter products. Does anyone else know what this is? Is it from the U.S.? ## Sounds like a 4mg Nicotine Lozenge made by Equate - bought at Walmart. They are 5/8 in diameter and about 1/4 in height. Don't eat it! ## Why not? What does it do to your body? ## round white L190 NICOTINE LOZENGE [round white L190]
