Pain management with IP 190 500 Oxycodone

Have had back spasms and severe pain for awhile. All I have is regular naproxen which is doing nothing for my back. Would be interested in hearing how others have coped without opioids, and whether any recommendations can be made for finding reputable pain clinics and physicians who can still treat with oxycodone. ## I have serious severe pain all over my body from fibromyalgia, arthritis, and had a severe fall down cement stairs requiring surgery in 2015.
