However, I can tell you that they do have equivalents, from what I have seen for most of the medications you are taking. I am 62 years old living in India, I am suffering from High blood pressure since last 10 years. Right from the beginning I am using Angizaar H one tab every morning and evening one Atorvastatin tablet 20 in the night. I walk at least 3 KM daily and also drink 100 ml Whisky. I had joint pains and occationally back pain, and no other complaints. Is it OK ? ## @MohdAlkudsi : muscle pain is very common with statins (atorvastatin) try to take one of the simple analgesics such as paracetamol. Joint pain this may indicate a rheumatoid arthritis.
