What is a small round light blue pill with 220 imprinted on one side and blank on the other? A small round baby blue pill imprinted on one side with I3 (possibly mistaken for 13) Opposite side is blank. ## The imprint is possibly an 81, it is commonly misread, and if it is, it contains 81mgs of Aspirin, a low dose tablet. Its sleeve. Generic, same thing. Its like a Tylenol or advil good for pain. My dad is also perscribed it for arthritis but a much higher dose. Currently, the L pills with a number have become the over the counter medications. Typicall, but not always it is some type of generic acetaminophen. Sorry but I couldn't find it for you, perhaps when zippysgoddess comes on again she will be able to identify it for you.
