I have 6 boxes left and don't know what to do with them, I know they cost me like crazy but I don't need them anymore. Any suggestions? ## I too have a lot of Lovenox left over and need to find out how to donate it. I won't just send it as that is illegal. But if someone needs it I can send to their physician and let them handle it. ## The FDA actually has a specific set of guidelines on how to "properly" dispose of any unused portions of Rx medication. On their website they mention that some communities have what's called a "drug take-back program", in which you can take your medication(s) to a particular location for proper disposal.
