I was taken a 10mg valium that I'm not got a script for to help with pain due to all the surgeries and pain in still dealing with. Was taken maybe twice a week and I stopped talking them for about a week now due to a referred pain management doctor to see me and I failed the drug test. I am a 29 year old female. I am 5'5 140lbs, medium build. I'm moderatly active. I had about 15 valiums ten mg. I ran out of them not this Sunday that passed but the Sunday before. I have a drug test Friday morning. That will mean that it will be 11 days since I took my last valium. I beleive I took two on that sunday but maybe three. I am wondering if I should postpone my interview to be safe? Can I eat certain foods, drink more water, exercise more in the next few days? Will that help?
