Maximum serum levels were achieved at 1.3 ± 0.3 hours and the half-life was determined to be 3.8 ± 0.3 hours." Unless I'm reading this wrong (which I may be, as I am trying to understand this conversion as well), 1100 ng/mL seems like a very high dose for toxicity.
