This time they are two tone green gelcaps Are they the same? ## I cannot tell you anything just from color of the capsules, the size, shape and color are completely up to the manufacturer and what they feel like making it look like. Can cephalexin 500mg cause a false positive for cocaine on a drug test? ## I found nothing conclusive about Cephalexin affecting a drug test for cocaine. The only thing which I found is an article from the NIH, which states: "As a result of administration of cephalexin, a false-positive reaction for glucose in the urine may occur".
