We found half a pill that is white inside with a red coating. LO46 is on the side. ## oblong pill red&blue with wight circle in the center of pill & has LO46 on it ## its advanced strength tylenol ## Ron's identification is correct, the tablet with the L 046 marking is a generic or store brand for Extra Strength Tylenol, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is used to treat pain and fever. You can learn more Acetaminophen details here. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache, it should also be noted that overdoses do carry the risk of causing severe liver damage or failure and they can also be fatally toxic, so recommended dosages should not be exceeded. Are there any questions or comments?

Just got a new prescription for zolpidem. It is different from previous prescriptions. This one is round and pinkish color coating over a white center with marking on one side only M with a Z2 underneath. I cut them in half. Effect is different from the oblong, white pills I am accustomed to. Anybody familiar with these and are they zolpidem? ## Hello, Snooks! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they do list it as containing 10mgs of Zolpidem, a generic for Ambien, which is used for the short term treatment of insomnia. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, hallucinations, sleep actions and next day hangover-like effects. Are they just not working for you or are you experiencing other symptoms?

I have been taking ms 60mg for six months. first i received a light tanish round waxy pill with a coating. then 3 months ago i received the same but burnt orange in color. same markings abg and 60. the pharmacy told me that the manufacturer had switched to a different color. idk why, but half of my script was tan and the other orange. 2 months ago i received only orange ones. and then last month i received oblong orange ones marked e655 and 60. these are more chalky and do not have wax. they ARE the same thing only different binders. If you prefer the ones with e655 ask your pharmacist for the ones made by ENDO Labs. ## It is completely normal for your pharmacy to switch what generic medication they provide, at any given time, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest pr...
