Grey K 57

I just found a light grey pill with a k 57 imprint. How is this pill abused ## Hello, Meems! How are you? I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. The 20 mg ones are gray. The 15 mg ones are green... Usually a light green. The 30 mg ones are blue. Depending on the maker of each of these they can be different shades of pink, green and blue. The markings are the only thing that actually enables a tablet or capsule to be identified.
