See title for pill description...shaped round yet a little flattened, bright green, not dull or mint green like in used to seeing. I was under the impression that all countries mark or imprint their pharmaceutical medications with letters or numbers to identify them. Are all countries obligated to imprint their narcotics such as 80 mg oxycodone extended release? ## No, the imprint requirement here is due to U.S. FDA laws, but not every country requires imprints. Which, of course, also means that there is no way of knowing what you will actually receive if you fill your prescription from a foreign source. You may have Oxycodone ER, but you could also just have Tylenol, or something else. The FDA warns that Oxycodone carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such...

Is there anyone who can tell me if there is oxycodone 80 mg marked with just E on them? They came in a blister back. ## There is no legally approved U.S. one that just has an E on it. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. The only 80mg approved in the U.S. is the time released Oxycontin manufactured by Purdue. Where was this obtained? ## Hello I have some of these to. Are they fake ## Are they actually oxycodone though or are they fent or something that isn't even an opiate?

What is the difference between the 15mg with the v's or the k8's or the A214 ## Hello, DayDay! How are you? All of the tablets you've asked about contain 15mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation, which means that the only difference is that they've been manufactured by different companies. This is very common with generic medications, because when they are manufactured by several companies, it creates market competition to help keep prices down. However, in order to trace them back to a specific manufacturer, in case of emergency, they are required by law to have unique imprints, so they have to be different from each manufacturer. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, d...

i have what are supposed to be 15mg oxycodone pills. They are small, light green, and have the number 264 on them. Do they sound legitimate? T-30 ## Hello, Slate! How are you? The Oxycodone tablet that has a 264 on it also has the letters ALG above the numbers and a score line on the opposite side. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Does that match the tablets you have?

Does anyone know what a lime green, unmarked capsule is? It was said to be 15 mg oxycodone, but I have never seen this type of pill before. hELP PleAsE!!! ## If there are no markings, it will be very difficult to narrow down what this is. However, we can rule out its being a legal U.S. prescription medication, including Oxycodone, since they are all require to have unique imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or foreign medications. Where was it obtained?

What does RP and 833 mean and how do they release? ## Hello, Liz! How are you? What are the entire imprints on the tablets? I need these additional details to answer your question. For instance, there is a round, green tablet with TEVA one one side and 833 on the other that they list as containing 1mg of Clonazepam in a regular release formulation. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Thus, can you please post back? Thanks!

I need a picture of the oxycodone pill that is green and round with the imprint of GG 44. Thank you. ## Hi Tim, The problem is, there is no Oxycodone tablet with that imprint. A round green pill marked with GG over 44 on one side and blank on the other, is reportedly identified as a 25mg Amitriptyline hydrochloride tablet; an antidepressant. If it's of any help, the pill I'm referring to is said to be approximately 6mm in size. You can also view a photograph of it by clicking on the following National Drug Code link: 00781-1487 ## The pill that I'm talking about with a GG 44 is a narcotic pain pill ## I need a picture of oxycodone hcl 20mg to see what it looks like. Is there one with gg 44 on them? ## The GG is actually 66 and corresponding 44 is amitriptyline 25mgs. No it i...

The pill is round green and has OX80 on it I found this pill while walking around the local hardware store and a just curious what it is. ## Hello, John! How are you? No, there isn't one available in the U.S. with this marking, nor any other medication that I have been able to find in the NIH database. My best guess is that it is some type of over the counter product, since they are not required to register the imprints with the relevant government entities. Thus, it would be best to just dispose of it. Is there anything else I can help with? ## These are actually oxycodone 80mg time release from Manufacturer Aurobindo Seems like they are not very popular. I got my prescription filled with this brand and it was so-so, not as good compared to mundipharma, sandoz, lannacher, or activa...

do they make 20 mg roxys that are green. because I have some and I need to know what they are? ## Hello, Angel! How are you? What are the markings on them? That is what would enable me to identify them for you, the color doesn't mean anything. Can you please post back with this information? The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ## yes! I TAKE ROXY 20 MG ON ONE SIDE IMPRINT IS N P AND THE OTHER SIDE HAS 14 IMPRINTED ON IT

Anyone know about a green and yellow capsule? Supposed to be 31mg, oxycodone, capsule has NO markings ## How would you even know that it's supposed to be oxycodone to begin with, if there are no markings to identify the substance or manufacturer? There are probably hundreds of different supplements on the market (both otc and prescription/ domestic and internationally made) that are yellow and green capsules. If you bought them from an overseas pharmacy or off the street somewhere, all you can do is decide whether or not it's worth trusting who you got it from. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I just don't see how it can be a legitimate pill, unless it's made in a foreign country that doesn't require imprints like they do here in the US.

Found pills in my kids room. Green small round with nothing on one side and the letters K B on the other. Need to know what this could be ## Could the imprint possible be K 8, rather than B? If so, it's a 15mg Oxycodone tablet, the generic for Roxicodone, which is a narcotic analgesic. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. Learn more: ## 15 MG oxycodone

I got some dark green small round pills with an M and 15 on the same side. Supposedly they are 15 mg oxy but the searches I've done show that a 15 mg oxy should be light green with M on one side and 15 on the other. I can't find anything with the imprint only on one side that looks like these so I am afraid to take them. Please help. ## I got dark green pill say m and the box is one the m and 30on it ## The only way you can both be sure that your pills are 100% legitimate is to have gotten them filled with your doctor's prescription at a licensed pharmacy. If this isn't the case and neither of your pills fit the proposed description of real Oxycodone by Mallinckrodt (the manufacturer who's trademark is an [M] inside a box on one side and a set of numbers on the other...

I have a blue and green capsule that I was told it was a 30 mg oxycodone pill is this blue and green capsule a 30 mg oxycodone pill. ## Hi sue, Do you have any sort of imprint or marking on your blue and green capsule? If so, I may be able to do some research on whether or not it contains oxycodone and what the dosage might be. If you could please post back with those details or any additional information on the pill itself and where you obtained it, then that could be very helpful too in identifying the capsule! Thanks! -David

What inactive ingredients are in the green 15mg oxycodone tablets with an imprint of U 32? It is bigger than my regular green 15's. ## Hi Tina, The correct imprint for these round green 15mg Oxycodone HCL tablets should actually be U23 instead of U32. For verification, these are made by Aurolife Pharma and carry a National Drug Code of 13107-056. The inactive ingredients are as follows: Microcrystalline Cellulose Stearic Acid Lactose Monohydrate Anhydrous Lactose Corn Starch FD & C Blue No. 2 D & C Yellow No. 10 You can also verify the list of inactive ingredients by clicking on the NDC link above. These pills are green with no imprint whatsoever. Blister packaging matches Apotexs' exactly. Anyone out there know anything about these? ## This sounds like a sure counterfeit if you ask me. The fact that it has no imprint and is actually trying to represent itself as something legitimate, is enough of a red flag in my opinion. Apotex's product list (linked below) shows that their green 80mg Oxycontin is supposed to say "APO" on one side and "OCD" over "80" on the back: apotex.com/ca/en/products/downloads/print/en_apl_print.pdf If you're still unsure about it I would probably encourage you to contact the manufacturer regarding this, have it analyzed by a lab, and/or find a way to safely dispose of it. ## A friend just filled a prescription for 40mg a...

I am looking for a vitamin that looks like oxycodone - I think there was a mistake when my script was refilled and I suspect it was a vitamin. ## I'm having tooth pain. My doctor prescribed me 5mg endone and 20mg oxycontin on rare occasions when I knew I was going to need them. This was after months of physio, MRIs, and alternative meds. He recently retired, so I went to see his replacement. He spent about 30 seconds looking at my past scripts and said "you're clearly a drug addict, I'm not prescribing any of these," and kicked me out of the practice. So I asked around and eventually found Sandoz 80mg oxycodone (contin). They are still in blister packs, white on top, printed foil on the bottom, with the writing: Oxycodone Sandoze Oxycodone HCl 80mg Modified Release The pills are a darkish green, which can be scratched off to reveal a hard pressed white pill. My main concern, there is no stamp/imprint on the pill. Is that possible? Are t...
