They've just been manufactured by different pharmaceutical companies, this is very common with generic medications. Having market competition helps keep prices lower. The one with the M 312 is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and the one with 60274 180 mg on it is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals, but both contain 180mgs of Verapamil. The FDA classifies this medication as a calcium channel blocker and antiarrhythmic. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, headache, increased urination and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with?
