Why is it that the blue pill gabapentin stamped 637R doesn't work,like the white gabapentin.I try not to get the blue one's, but The Pharmacy were I can afford them only cares the blue gabapentin.Higher price pharmacy care the white gabapentin. ## What are the markings on the white ones? I tried gabapentin 300mg. (instead of Lyrica 50mg.) the first time I used it, it made my heart pound so bad I could not use it, could I use a smaller mgs. of gabapentin. I have spinal stenosis, I have diabetes, my legs jumps all over, can't sleep because of it. ## Hello, Betty! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems you experienced. No, they are not the same. Lyrica contains the active ingredient Pregabalin, it is in the same class of medications, but different. Thus, it may work better for you.
