G 063 White Pill

I have founf some pills that are white round. They are scored and they have a 0636 on one side. My mom has alzheimers and they are perscribed to her but I dont know what they are or even where thay came from please help ## what is 0630 ## what is 0636 ## These are, and I'm positive about this, Endocet a generic form of Percocet-I get these Px to me and my drug company will only buy generic so this is what I get. ## That ID is correct, 0636 contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Percocet, this is a narcotic pain reliever. csored in half on back ## Hi Jeff, Are there any other markings on the pill aside from the "063"? The closest match I've been able to locate has the imprint "063" accompanied by a logo. Other than that, it fits your description to the T. The pill I just described is identified as Lorazepam (2 mg). Trying to identify a small oval white pill with hc05 or hcos on it. What is this pill? ## The oval, white tablet with the HCQS marking on it is manufactured by Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 200mgs of Hydroxychloroquine. I have been taking lorazepam with the #063, and a couple of mos. ago they said they don't have them or can't get them anymore. they tried to give me another pill saying it is the same, 2mg but it is not the same. I have a lot of anxiety for the pain I have all over my body. Arthritis. I am 77 and can you help me by letting me know where I can get this certain pill? We have discovered that tablet to be 400mgs of Guaifenesin, a generic or store brand of Mucinex. If it really is PH 073, then it is also more than likely an oTC item, which would explain why it's not in any databases and also why poison control didn't know what it is. OTC items are not required to have their markings logged by the government. My dad who has alzheimers takes a oblong white pill with 911JCC on one side and no markings the other. ## I located an oblong white pill with "cor 116" on it and when held upside down closely resembles your description (e.g. 911 Joc). This pill reportedly contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen, which is marketed for use as a minor pain reliever and fever reducer. An image of the pill can be viewed "here". Small round white tablet, with "RI" printed over "62". I suspect it's my (generic) sumatriptan pill, but if so it's my last one so I have nothing to compare it with. ## Betty, your suspicion is correct - RI 62 is the 50 mg Sumatriptan Succinate manufactured by Ranbaxy.
