I have founf some pills that are white round. They are scored and they have a 0636 on one side. My mom has alzheimers and they are perscribed to her but I dont know what they are or even where thay came from please help ## what is 0630 ## what is 0636 ## These are, and I'm positive about this, Endocet a generic form of Percocet-I get these Px to me and my drug company will only buy generic so this is what I get. ## That ID is correct, 0636 contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Percocet, this is a narcotic pain reliever. Other than that, it fits your description to the T. The pill I just described is identified as Lorazepam (2 mg). I have been taking lorazepam with the #063, and a couple of mos. ago they said they don't have them or can't get them anymore. they tried to give me another pill saying it is the same, 2mg but it is not the same. My dad who has alzheimers takes a oblong white pill with 911JCC on one side and no markings the other. ## I located an oblong white pill with "cor 116" on it and when held upside down closely resembles your description (e.g. 911 Joc). Small round white tablet, with "RI" printed over "62". I suspect it's my (generic) sumatriptan pill, but if so it's my last one so I have nothing to compare it with. ## Betty, your suspicion is correct - RI 62 is the 50 mg Sumatriptan Succinate manufactured by Ranbaxy.
