I've been using Humira since 27 Aug 2015. Changed my life completely .... Felt so much better, but now my face / glands / whole body seems to swollen all the time (especially my face and neck area) .... I started smoking 2 months ago .... Can that have an effect on the swelling ? ## Yes, the NIH does list that as being a possible side effect of Humira. It may also cause headache, fainting, and chest pain. It would be best to have it checked it out to be sure, though. Are you on any other medications? ## Hi Yes, I am on 6 x Methotrexate per week, 1 x Coxflam per day, 1 x Prednisone per day, 1 x Calceferol per week and 2 x Folic Acids per day (except for the day that I take the methotrexate) I also use Tramacet for the days that I have more pain ....
