Have had shots and pills of Levofloxaci and prednisone with Guaiatussin cough surup. I feel better after taking but keeps coming back. I have been using Fluticasone Propionate nasal spray and allergy aller-technology everyday too. Is it time for a specialist? ## Yes, I think it is likely time for you to see an ENT. According to NIH reports, there is usually some underlying cause for such frequent repeated issues. How often do you take these medications? The Fluticasone is usually used twice a day, in severe cases. The Aller-tec, might not be the right medication to help you. You may need something stronger.

Hi, I am looking for an equivalent of Duonase nasal spray from Cipla since its cost is on a higher side and i am looking for a cheaper substitute for the same. Appreciate your help on this. ## Hello, The Duonase nasal spray contains the following active ingredients: Azelastine Hydrochloride BP (140 mcg) + Fluticasone Propionate 50 mcg. Azelastine is an anti-allergic antihistamine and Fluticasone is a corticosteroid. This combination is used mainly in the treatment of Allergic rhinitis. I recommend that you ask your local pharmacist/chemist for a generic form of Duonase, or simply another product that contains the active ingredients mentioned above.
