This capsule contains: Cod liver oil 100 mg, Wheat Germ Oil 200 mg, Fish Lipid Oil 150 mg, Tocotreinols (50%) 5 mg & Vitamin E (Acetate) 10mg. Only have half of pill its oblong but flat top n bottom last number's are 012D 1/2 the pill is aprox. 1/2 inch its the color of spicy brown mustered. If that helps ## Hi jon, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a half white/half tan oblong shaped pill, marked with "06/012D" on one side and blank on the other. This particular tablet is identified as Allegra-D (12 hour), containing: fexofenadine 60mg + pseudoephedrine 120mg - a combination commonly used to treat hay fever.
