Pink round pill with FR 40 on the front please tell me what this is? ## I'm not finding this listed in any of the databases, so I cannot confirm the accuracy, but I did find one listing that says it is an over the counter item, used to treat cold and flu symptoms, which contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 20mgs of Guaifenesin and 10mgs of Phenylephrine. If that is indeed what it is, it would also explain why it isn't in the databases, as over the counter products are not required to be listed, like prescription medications. ## Its a sinus relief pill

This is a generic for Tylenol. It's not a narcotic and can be sold over the counter. ## Hi Sandy - The closest thing I can find to the pill which you are describing is Latuda 40mg, NDC code 51148-001. It's round and white with the imprint L over 40. Is this what you have? If not, then it could be possible that a similar pill exists for generic Acetaminophen since over the counter drugs don't always have to carry unique imprints the way that prescription medications do.

I was told this yellow pill with P and a 40 on opposite sides was an oxy tamper proof. Not sure tho cuz what I have found on the net is that genetics have an OP. I'm from Canada so I'm not sure. Big yellow oval pill one side has two triangles with the tips facing each other with the number 4098. the other side says 500 ## I have some very similar except mine have the number 4099 and 750 on the other side. I think the 750 is the ml. They are the same color as yours with the 2 triangles. Hope you have luck finding inf0. Round circle green pill APO 40 on one side, scored between APO and 40 , and completely bank on the other side, from canada ## From what I could gather, a round, green, biconvex tablet, scored and marked "APO" over "40" on one side, contains Propranolol HCl (40 mg); from Canada. i was told this was a muscle relaxer its white pill with gp 400 ## I located the white pill in description to be Magnesium oxide (400 mg). Suspensions of magnesium hydroxide in water (milk of magnesia) are used as an antacid to neutralize stomach acid, and as a laxative. Also being that it is classified under minerals and electrolytes, it may help aid in muscle relaxation; but I cannot personally confirm that.
