3 Topics FoundI just moved into a new apartment& while cleaning it found a white oblong pill with the letters PAMOL on one side,,I have no idea what it is and have tried googling it but get no results...does anyone know what this might be? ## Hello, Frankie! How are you? This is a foreign brand of Acetaminophen, aka Tylenol. It is used to treat pain and fever. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank u so much for taking the time to respond, i was beginning to think it'd never get a response at all, but so basically it's just regular Tylenol but it's foreign?Would u happen to know the milligram on the Tylenol?

Can I take Pamoxab for a chest/cold infection while taking Xarelto (a blood thinner)? The Pamoxab is 2 yrs old. ## Medications do begin to lose efficacy, once expired, so taking them could create the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria, thus it would be best to see your doctor and obtain a new supply, if you need to take an antibiotic. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?
