My doctor took me off Lisinopril htcz because I became severely dehydrated. He put me on Metoprolol 100 mg and Doxazosin Mesylate 2 mg and now I'm losing my hair after being on these drugs for about 2 mos. I need to get off these drugs asap, is there another drug for high blood pressure that will not cause hair loss? ## Hello, Jan! How are you? Oval tablet. Just found in an old purse and wondering why I have it there? ## Does this oval tab have the marking APO on the opposite side of the pill? If so, it is likely Doxazosin mesylate 2 mg (NDC 60505-0094). NOTE: the full marking would be 094 on one side and APO on the other.
