Doctors Who Prescribe Methadone Ohio

I am a 31 yr.old mother of 3 wonderful girls! I am in the process of trying to find a doctor that prescribes methadone for pain. I live in Ohio and I do know that they do exist! Bk in 2008 my mother went to doc in Springfield and was prescribed 80 mgs a day wich is equivalent to 240 a mth. If anyone knows of a good doctor please reply and let me know! If you're looking for addiction treatment, a regular doctor is not allowed to prescribe it to you for that, according to the current treatment laws. They can only prescribe it for pain. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. If you're looking for it for pain treatment, then you'll need to see a pain management specialist. Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area?
