Do They Make A Watson 853 White In Color

I have in my hand two narco tablets which both look alike in size and shape one is a 7.5 mg and the other a 10 mg both are white and made by Watson the only way to tell the difference is the 7.5 mg has imprinted on it Watson 3203 and the 10 mg has Watson 853. My question is why in the hell would a pharmaceutical company make these pills look so much alike are they not afraid of mixups? If you check it out you will see why I am upset about this since they stopped putting the color onto these pills its hard to tell the difference. Someone is going to get a mix up and probably either over dose or not get enough medication for there pain. ## Hello, Jeff! How are you?
