From what I can find, Diclogem is listed as containing the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Diclofenac with Paracetamol, so it may actually make stomach pain and irritation worse. ## My friend had 8tablets of diclogem on 5.04.13 at 11pm .what wil happen. Cn u say me pls ## Sir i have a regular headache and i use diclogem.
