It's not exactly like Spasmo high, but it sure is substitute as it contains dyclomine. Also if u pop 3 meftalspas n half bottle of Rexcof. Is Paradex a dangerous drug. If so, why. ## Paradex contains Paracetamol 325 mg + Dextropropoxyphene 50 mg. The reason that some may consider this a dangerous drug is because of the Propoxyphene. Paracetamol is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It is commonly used for the relief of fever, headaches, and other minor aches and pains, and is a major ingredient in numerous cold and flu remedies. A yellow capsule. I got it in France and it is the only thing that gives relief for shingles pain without side effects. I can't find it here ## Di-Antalvic contains Dextropropoxyphene. Did you try Paracetamol? ## Propoxyphene is available in the US as a generic also sold under the brand name Darvon. It is a narcotic pain reliever. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
