is it still being manufactured? it is no longer sold in the Arab world....many pharmacist claimed that it has been banned because of serious side effect...is it true? can I by it by mail through internet? ## Dexa Rhinaspray contains the active ingredients Dexamethasone and Tramazoline and yes, it has been discontinued. I don't have a lot of details on this, but it appears that the Tramazoline was found to cause hypertension in people using it. Have you talked to your doctor about finding an alternative? ## Last week I asked a Greek pharmacist (on Samos) for Beconase spray (to treat hay fever). The drug manufacturer of dexa-rhinaspray is Boehringer Ingelheim, Germany. 10mL contains (active ingredients) tramazoline hydrocholride, dexamethasone isonicoctate. (inactive) benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, polysorbate 80, glycerol 85% & purified water. It is used to treat sinus blockages.

Where can I buy the nasal spray Dexa Rhinaspray over the counter? I am in Philadelphia PA USA. Can I order it and send it to me by postal service or UPS? ## I'm not sure, what country are you in? It is not available in the U.S. It is a nasal spray containing Dexamethasone, a steroid, normally to treat allergies.
