Can you use clindamycin if you have asthma and copd?

Can I take clindamycin 450mg three times a day if I have advanced copd? It has been given for an abscess in my mouth. ## You should take the medication as prescribed, it is far more risky to let the infection rage out of control, than to take the medications. The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea. Are you on any other medications? ## I have a history of heavy asthma. I'm taking deriphyline 150, monteluskasta 10, levocetzin, astalin puf. and flusal 125 puf. This medicine is all prescribed by my doctor. Can antibiotics also help with asthma?
