Yellow with a V on it ## Are there additional numbers on the tablet? V is a logo for Vintage/Qualitest pharmaceuticals. Their 10mg Cyclobenzaprine tablet should also have the numbers 2632 on it. Are these pills similar/same: cyclobenzapr 5 mg, (blue) and cyclobenzaprine 5mg (orange) but smaller: generic for Flexeril? ## If the active ingredient in both is 5mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, then they should both be the same. My prescription says take one tablet by mouth twice daily as needed for pain my question is since my pain is worse at night can I take the two tablets at the same time before I go to bed? ## Hello, Tyusblue! I still have a prescription from 2015. I have been having back pain and cramping. It is now 2017. Is it still safe to take the medication that I have now? ## This medication doesn't become dangerous, once expired, but it can lose efficacy, so it may not work as well as it did, when new. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. The best thing to do would be to dispose of and see your doctor for a new prescription, if one is necessary. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi there ,I am going for a Ultra Sound guided Breast Core Needle Biopsy tomorrow after noon. The doctor had prescribed me 2 tablets of Ativan at .5 mg each. I had taken two before, and nothing happened. There was no drowsiness, nothing. I am extremely terrified about tomorrow, and need something for pain and anxiety. Would it be safe to take the 2 tabs (1 mg) of Ativan before bed, and the cyclo at 10mg right before the procedure? ## I wouldn't change what you are taking before the procedure, without checking with your doctor. Some medications may not be safe to have in your system, along with any medications they may use, such as anesthetics. Have you talked to your doctor about it?

I take cyclobenzaprine every night for my back. Mine have always been mustard color with an M on one side and 751 on the other. The last one I had filled and started to take today is peach in color with 1G on one side and 283 on the other. I have not been able to find a picture of them or the # either. ## Hello, Jean! Good evening. The Dr. has had me on cyclobenzaprine 5mg LEG 3 times a day for several years. I just went to get my refill and was given cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride USP 10 mg instead of the tabs I have been taking. My RX hasn't changed so I was wondering if I had been given the wrong RX or if it is the same with the same side effects. Is it like a lower tab. can i go to work on it? ## I've been taking Naproxen (500mg) for muscle spasms in my back. I take it with food and it still causes nausea and a bit of disorientation...I don't drive for a few hours after I've taken the pill. However, I do not take a Naproxen until I've come home from work. I find that a combination of Naproxen and Cyclobenzaprine (anti-inflammatory) will ease my discomfort in a matter of 2 - 3 days. ## Hello, I believe the next lowest dosage is 375mg.
