Been on 20mg/day of Enalapril. Then resently given a 0.2mg Clonidine patch. My blood pressure went "way" down. Should Dr. have checked first before giving me the Clonidine patch? Have stopped Enalapril while on "withdrawls" (pain med). ## What are you asking about him checking? Your blood pressure? Did the doctor tell you to stop the Enalapril? Because suddenly stopping it could cause a rebound effect, which might result in severely elevated blood pressure. ## Thanks for the reply. However, you didn't read my question fully. No, I'm not asking to have my BP checked! Should he be giving me Clonidine when I'm using Enalapril?? What effect will BOTH have?

My doctor told me last Thursday a UA came back with low values of meds in my system. I only ever used the meds as prescribed. He said he will no longer fill my 75 mcg/h patch and hydrocodone after 8 years. 2 car accidents 3 weeks apart in 2003. I have 2 inoperable thoratic disc, spinal stenosis and a pinched nerve in my lower back. Also had 2 cervical fusion surgeries. I honestly feel like my withdrawals are going to kill me and pain is starting to really flair? What can I do? He gave me a 20 day supply of Clonidine and sent me on my way. No advice, no referral. I actually had to chase him down to ask questions. Warning on the Clonidine says not for patients with heart attacks and I've had a major blockage and almost died also in 2003 (really bad year) and I as only 43. Is this unet...

Finally weaned off the fentanyl patch this week. It's been 6 days. As I was weaning my craving/ need for Norco has increased. I'm trying next to wean off the Norco 10/325 6 a day but having a very tough time both pain wise and withdrawal wise. Clonidine has helped but not much. How long does it take for Norco to get out of your system and what helps with the WD symptoms. This all stared after 3 back surgeries and has been going on for 7 years. ## Hello, John! I have been on hysingla er 30 mg for a week. I was taking vicoprofin 7-325 5 x a day for severe back and hip pain. I don't feel anything on this medication. I've had a bad backache for 3 day s now and I am "waiting" for it to "kick in". It hasn't yet. I've been taking Advil which is helping a little. Why am I not getting relief from this medicine?
