Can I take 2 10mg celexa at the same time?? Would it be the same as taking a 20mg??? ## Yes, it would be equivalent to taking a 20mg, as long as they are both the regular release formulation tablets. My doctor even suggests I do it, if we're upping the dose of something, to use up the pills I've already purchased, before spending money on more. Learn more Celexa details here. I have been taking citalopram10mg for 4days now along with 400mg tramadol (100mg 4xaday) and 6mg diazepam. My depression has lifted however my anxiety has increased and I can't sleep. I'm due to increase my citalopram to 20mg in 3 days but not sure if this is a good idea. Beige oblong tablet, scored, 9 and 0 on the scored side and A on the reverse. Told it was citalopram 20mg but doesn't look like the usual tablet. ## The marking is actually A 06 and the tablet does contain 20mgs of Citalopram, the active ingredient in Celexa, which is an SSRI antidepressant. We found an oblong pill, peach colored with an imprint of either 0 6 or 9 0 and an A on the back.
