According to C-Health (on canoe, a Canadian resource) this appears to be CO Azithromycin 250 mg. It is also an antibiotic, but a different kind. Each pink, film-coated, capsular-shaped tablet, embossed with a logo on the upper face, and "AT 250" on the lower face, contains azithromycin monohydrate equivalent to 250 mg of Azithromycin. I take 1 at night 1 in the morning. I feel nauseous most of the day until about 3pm could I just take 1 at night- urinary tract infection- also aching left leg- could this be connected? ## Hello, Liz! How are you? Yes, those can be side effects of this antibiotic, as listed by the FDA, however, you shouldn't lower your dosage, it should be taken as prescribed, in order to fully eradicate the bacteria. So, if you are asking about the dosage, then no, because it only contains half the dosage of the 500mg capsules.
