is hcqs a steroid

doctor has diagnosed RA for which he prescribed HCQS200 and CCM. do they contain steriods? do I have to take them lifelong? Are there any harmful effects of these medicines? ## I am diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and doctor has given me hcqs 200mg and febyday 40. Does these medicines contain steroids.
