I am a Diabtic patient for the last 40 years and suffering from peripheral Neuropathy.I experience Cramps in my Legs at night .Is Evion 400 capsule per day helpful in avoiding cramps .Pl advise. ## Have you consulted your doctor see what is causing the night time leg cramps? In many cases those can be caused by a lack in certain vital nutrients, such as Potassium, or Magnesium and, if that is what's causing yours then Evion is not going to help, because it is just a vitamin E supplement. However, you do need to consult your doctor, because it isn't safe to just add potassium supplements, since too much of it can also be very dangerous.

For that much to be in those gelcaps, it is very concentrated and the oils they use might not be good for your skin, either. There are, however, many products on the market that contain Vitamin E in safe, topical formulations, so if you want to try it, I suggest you try one of those, so you don't risk irritating your skin and possibly making the acne worse, which some oils can do. Hi, I am 29 years old and have a dry sensitive skin. To improve my skin texture I have been taking evion 400 mg capsule once a day everyday for the past four years. My diet lacks fruits and vegetables as I hate vegetables. My skin has greatly improved because of the vitamin supplement. Just to make sure that I'm not overdosing.. I take my vitamin on an empty stomach and eat my protein (chicken) based meals a couple hours later. My question is..am I taking too much vitamin e? If necessary however, the dosing guidelines state that you can also talk to your doctor about upping the dose to as much as 1 gram a day. Do we have to break this capsule or dissolve it in warm oil, or can we use any type of hair oil? Also, is there any side effects if I apply it on my hair or scalp?
