And Paracetamol is exactly that, it contains no other active ingredients, so no, neither one of these medications contain Penicillin. Are there any other questions or comments? ## Hi. I'd like to know which painkiller is stronger stilpane or tramacet... I have arthritis and recently had a synovectomy in my knee so whould like to know which will work better.
