Can I Take 2 5mg Oxycodone Pills

I just took a 10mg percocet at about 8am. I'm out of them now, but I have two 5mg oxycodone k|18 pills. Can I take 2 of those to equal one 10mg??? ## It won't be exactly equal, since the K18 tablets only contain Oxycodone, but lack the Acetaminophen that is in Percocet, but you can do so, if your doctor approves. i usually take 1 blue 30mg oxycodone pill but right now, i have 6 5mg oxycodone pills-is it ok to take all 6 at once if im use to taking 1 30mg oxycodone pill? ## Good question,.....on one hand I would say ther shouldn't be any problem taking six 5mg tables. However, when combined and taken together this may seem like an increase to your body. To be safe, I would say don't take more than 3 at a time. ## It also depends on the type of Oxycodone, were you taking the time released that is the generic for Oxycontin, the immediate release or the regular release formulation? And are the 5mg pills the same formulation? If they are, then it would be the same as taking 30mgs, but if they are not, it will not work the same. Little yellow tablet one side has the numbers 445 and the other side has ETH ## Taking 100 mcg Fentanyl for chronic pain with 15 mg oxycodone imm rel 3x for btp. What the different of oxycodone Kvk-tech and The oxycodone mallinkrdt ## What is the difference between oxycodone w/apap 5/325 (mck) and oxycodone hcl 5 mg tablet kvk? ## The only difference is that they have been manufactured by different companies. The MCK or Mallinkrdt denotes the manufacturer as being Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the KVK is for KVK Tech. Once a medication is available as a generic, it is usually made by several different companies, so this is completely normal. Is there anything else I can help with?

Can I give him the 10 mg oxycodone now or do I have to wait 2 more hours? ## Yes, ibuprofen is a different class of drug and can be taken at the same time, though for better pain control they are often staggered. So if he's prescribed oxycodone every 6 hours, you could give a dose, then 3 hrs later give ibuprofen, 3 hrs later give the oxycodone again...and so on. I had surgery about 3 days ago on my throat and the pain is very unbearable, and I was wondering if it is dangerous to take Tylenol with oxycodone?
