I would like to know 18 mg of Concerta is like, compared to other ADHD medication. I used to take Adderall 20mg xr, but that was about 6 years ago. I have struggled through out these past years not realizing it was because I stopped treatment. I've heard some things about Concerta, but I'm not sure if it will benefit me the same as the Adderall did for me in the past. My new pharmacy plan puts my Diltiazem ER 180mg XT capsule into a Tier 3 costing me $60 for a 90 day supply. A tier 1 or 2 drug is free. I would like to know if taking a free (Tier 1) 90mg Diltiazem tablet twice per day at 12hr intervals would give me the same health benefit? Is the release of the tablet medication adverse to an even release of the ER capsule? ## Hello, Derf! How are you? Yes, you should be able to do that, without a problem, you'd just take the medication twice a day,, instead of once. Due to a physician error I am unable to get my prescription filled for 18 mg hydromorph contin, and he's now on vacation. I have old 100 mg tablets of ms contin that was prescribed in 2011. I have been on suboxone for I think a little over 3 weeks. I started this to get off of norcos which I took for pain and gained a dependency to. I have chronic pain and cannot function for my daughter, husband, or my management position at work while in so much pain. I would like to be able to take norco here and there to stop my pain. My main question it, I was taking around 8mg of suboxone a day. I took my last dose of suboxone almost 19 hours ago and I am curious if i can take AND FEEL a norco now. How will i know when the suboxone is out of my system so I can get pain relief from norco?
