Hi, I have been on bystolic for over a year now, what I am noticing lately is hair loss/thinning... is this a side effect of Bystolic? Is it reversible? As a woman, the last thing i want is to be lose my hair. HELP! ## Hello, Rose! How are you? I was on Bystolic for 4-6 years, until one day my hair started to fall out. For about a week it kept getting worse. I stopped and the Dr gave me Amlodipine Besylate and I looked it up and this stuff is Bad Bad... The 5 most dangerious Blood Pressure Medications... GEEZE doctors just don't give a CRAP. Change Drs? or try and find a Medication that does not make my hair fall out. I am taking Micardis... That alone does NOT make my hair fall out. Any suggestions i'll try anything, I monitor my blood pressure at home all the time. I am a Medical assistant, so I can take my own Blood pressure and have worked for a Dr. for 10 years.
