The pill is round brighter orange has 44 on the top and 392 on the bottom, on the same side of the pill the other side of the pill is blank . My friend gave me 2 bright orange pills, round. With AX on one side and blank on the other. round orange pill with L-2 on one side ## I found a bright orange round pill with a P on one side and blank on the other in my 17 year old daughter room,, should I be worried ## I believe the marking on the first pill being asked about might have actually been I-2, as in a capital i. If so, then that is a 200mg Ibuprofen tablet that's available over the counter, it's a generic or store brand of Advil or Motrin. Learn more Ibuprofen details here. As to the round, orange tablet with just a P on it, I can't be certain, since that imprint is very obscure, but there is an over the counter laxative that meets this description, it's a generic or store brand for Senokot. These are the pills that I have that I can't seem to identify. 1) First one is made by Pharmascience in Canada. It is bright orange, round, scored on one side, marked PMS on the upper scored portion and 10 on the lower half. The other side is blank, no score or markings. 2) Second one is also a Pharmascience pill. It's round, paler orange, and it has their logo on one side, a P with a circle behind it. I'm curious about the Lypin-10 that I got from JPEE Drugs. It's supposed to be Zolpidem. They are bright orange round pills in a blister pack of 10. ## This matches the description of their 10mg Lypin pills that are supposed to contain Zolpidem, as listed by JPee, however, I can't confirm that is what they are. That's one of the hazards or ordering from unapproved, foreign sources, there's no way to be certain of what you've received.
