Finally I confronted my son who showed me the paclage and the rest of the medication, I felt stupid. Two tone light and dark blue pill with gray band and an L and a 6 on it... ## I locate a pill with L6 on it, but it also has an M on the other side. Click here to see a picture of the pill. If this is your pill it's Levothyroxine 0.075 mg, which is a hormone replacement usually given to patients with thyroid problems, specifically, hypothyroidism.
