I found a blue diamond shape pill with nothing on it. I don't know what it is. ## If there is nothing on it, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all have to have markings to enable their ID. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items or even a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## I just found two of the same pills in a bag on the floor at my store. Pill blueish green with AX on one side and 100 on the other. Wanting to know if this pill is viagra? ## The diamond shape and '100' imprint are indicative of possible Viagra (Sildenafil) 100mg tabs. But, I've never seen the AX imprint in conjunction with this in my research here. This leads me to believe that if it is Viagra, it may very well be counterfeit depending on how you came about receiving it or where it originated from? That's not necessarily my final conclusion. A lab analysis would put our search efforts to rest. However Sildenafil (foreign or domestic) is the only type of pill I've seen that's remotely similar in description. It is supposed 2 b a viagra 100 but it has no writing it is duke color blue or close 2 that ## Hi Brandon, Unfortunately there's really no way to accurately ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. I do know that Viagra is normally a light or dark blue diamond shaped pill, but if it is a legitimate Viagra it would have an imprint. Therefore, It could possibly be a generic of some sort. Where exactly did you find the pill? That may give us some more clues as to what it is.

However, legitimate Viagra also has the word PFIZER on one side and "VGR 100" on the back. Depending upon where the pill originated from would likely give clues as to whether or not its a counterfeit version... Is this a generic viagra? ## Hi Julie, Based on my research, that oval blue pill marked L050, is reported to be over-the-counter Ibuprofen PM, containing 38mgs of Diphenhydramine + 200mgs of Ibuprofen; for the treatment of insomnia and pain. I believe the generic viagra pills you're thinking of are actually diamond shaped... However, for verification you can always look up the pill's National Drug Code of 00113-0050. I hope this helps!

I found my husband with Blueish green diamond shaped pills no lettering on either side. I thought they were viagra and was confused why he had them as he has never had a problem with me in the bedroom ever! when I confronted him about them he said they were an antacid reflux pill. He takes Tums anyway at times but he says these are for when it gets really bad one was actually in half and although it was blue/green on the outside it was white inside. he had a delivery in the past of Viagra to the house which he swears was by mistake by the company sending them out and he said he returned them. I believed him at the time. Why else would he be taking Viagra. Is it kind of chalky or anything remotely similar to an Altoid by chance? I was just glancing over at some of their breath mints and noticed a white square or diamond shaped pill (depending on how one perceives it), so I couldn't help but speculate... On the other hand, there are probably many other things it could turn out to be... If you're able to, I'd look into the option of sending the pill into a lab for a specific content analysis. I think these various labs use GCMS evaluations, which reportedly provides a very accurate assessment. Whereabouts did you get it from?
