I have a oblong white pill with blue specks, on one side it doesn't have anything on it, on the other side it has 3 things.. a capital U, then its either a 4 or it looks like a L with a slash, then either a 0 (zero) or capital O. I've tried searching everything!!! I've seen a lot of Adipex that are white with blue specks, but I've never seen one like this & cant find it anywhere on the web! found a pill on the floor while cleaning up at a bar. It is oblong sectioned into thirds that are red white and blue. No markings. ## I would need some more information in order to locate the correct pill for you. There are many pills with these colors. I was told this is Adepix however there are no Letters or Number on it. The pill is blank on both sides. Is this Adepix? If no what is it? ## I am sorry, but if there is no imprint, then it is impossible to positively identify. It is, however, not a legal US prescription drug, they are all required to have imprints on them.

A257 an their is a slash inbetween the 2 an the 5 it's blue an oblong shape ## The only tablet that I've been able to find with this marking is an oval white tablet, with blue specks that contains Phentermine, which is used to aid in weight loss. Where was it found? I'm wondering if the company may have changed the tablet, or if it's a foreign medication? Can you also double check the imprint, please? The description of the pill sounds like phentermine (white with blue speckels), but the imprint does not sound correct. With the markings you describe, unfortunately there might be a chance that those pills are something else. I found these pills with what appear to be Mandarin Chinese characters on the foil packaging. The pills themselves are light blue on the left side, white on the right side. The blue side says "SCP" while the white side is labeled "OM." It looks like they are capsules, most likely with the powdered drug on the inside. I have no idea what sort of medicine these might be. ## Also, the pills are oblong and medium sized. I found this pill oval one side is p 525 n other side is plain is it hydro or wat ## @Tuty, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is an oval "white" pill marked with P 525, manufactured by Athlon Pharma. This particular pill reportedly contains 525mgs of guaifenesin + 50mg of pseudoephedrine, and is marketed under the trade name "Entex PSE". As far as applications go, pseudoephedrine is a decongestant and guaifenesin is an expectorant. v on one side ## white oblong with blue specks ## If that was the only marking, I am inclined to think that this was most likely some type of over the counter product. I am not aware of any prescription medications that meet this description and have only a V on them with no additional markings.
