I wouldn't call this an antioxidant supplement at all. It is just a digestive enzyme supplement based on the ingredients. To be honest you would get more (antioxidant and enzymatic) benefits from eating a couple pieces of fruit each day rather than taking this. Not to say that this isn't a decent product. But for what it does, there are certainly better options out there than this. A couple of these extracted ingredients come from whole fruit.
