I have ankylosing spondylitis and have been taking Beline capsules for nine months with remarkable results. I am largely pain free with an all round feel good benefit. Even a very long standing skin rash has disappeared. When I stop taking them the pain returns quite noticeably. Nonetheless I have strong reservations about herbal medications and intend to consult with my Rheumatologist shortly. I am Diabetic, and have Osteo Arthritis in my knee and back. While finding Beline capsules have removed 3/4 of my pain, my Sugar levels have risen Sky high. Does anyone know why ?. I have only taken the capsules for 2 days. The pain relief is fantastic, but my Diabetes won't take it. ## I gave up after 2 days, as my diabetes reached 482, and i was taking 3 times the amount of Insulin, 3 times a day.. I live in Spain. What is there in a herbal remedy that would affect me this way? Normally herbs reduce the amounjt of insulin needed. So what else is in there? ## I do not think Beline is suitable for Diabetics then. A friend has stopped taking Beline as she was bleeding but is now taking Celabolin and says she is pain free. Does anyone know what this is and why it takes pain away. It also says like Beline that it contains all natural ingredients ## Along with vitamins, minerals and various herbal extracts, one of the ingredients in Celadrin, which they claim helps with arthritis pain and stiffness. However, it should be noted, of course, that while they make such claims, these types of products aren't actually proven to do anything. Are there any other questions?

We have discovered a capsule called ReNu-Yu that gives the same relief from all the symptoms that Beline seems to but also has the benefit of having a vegetable derived capsule. this was again prescribed to my mum want to know again how it helps in arthritis ## Celadrin/celabolin. This seems to be the same product. I posted a note on the Beline postings as a friend was taking this when she had to stop Beline. She said it acted the same way as Beline and has taken her pain away So I wrote to MHRA and this is their reply. Thank you for your recent enquiry to the MHRA. i have ankle pain from arthritis. I have been told that Beeline tablets will help relieve the pain. Can you direct me to the company that sells these? ## Beline capsules are a natural herbal supplement, that is claimed, but not proven to help with many health problems. I'm not finding a current listing of the exact ingredients, but they list their number as being 44(0)161 408 0883. Are there any other questions?

I have a problem with anti-inflammatoir drugs they make hole in my digestive tube. i avoid them. I have arthritis everywhere, especially in the ankle, and also osteoporosis. For the osteoporosis I am 67yrs. I am taking Alendronic Acid once a week and have done for 4 yrs. For arthritis I take one each of the following daily (and have done for years):- one Glucosamine Sulphate, one Omega 3, one Zaldiar tablet and one Beline capsule. It seemed to work well for me except for severe hourly nightime lower leg cramps which obviously prevent me from sleeping. A month ago, I suspended all medication and have been in terrible joint pain and feel awful, however, the leg cramps stopped overnight.
