Long story short, roomate had party an my prescription was stolen. Had a spinalcord injury called quadraparesis. Was paralyzed from neck down and after 7 months of rehab can now stand in walker. I hope so, because a police report is likely the only thing that will help you convince your doctor what happened, so you can be issued a replacement prescription. Round white pill ## This does not contain Oxycodone, it is actually not any type of prescription medication. I am not sure exactly what is in this one, however, the AZ logo is used by A&Z Pharma on all of their over the counter products, which are sold as generics and store brands. What lef you to believe that this was Oxycodone?

Found a pill that is round, white, and has AZ286 imprinted on it. Have had two people say its a generic percocet or oxycodone. ANyone know? ## Is it possible that the imprint is SZ 286? SZ286 is also round and white. If so this pill is Sulfamethoxazole 800 mg and Trimethoprim 160 mg, which is a sulfonamide antibacterial combination of trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole, in the ratio of 1 to 5, used in the treatment of a variety of bacterial infections. I was diagnosed 5 years ago with DDS and at first by back pain was minimal. After a year or so it began to get bad enough for me to see the Dr. every 3 months or so for a prescription of Oxycodone and 800mg Ibuprofen. I have since moved and my Dr I have now told me flat out he would not give me "narcotics". Why do Dr's treat us this way. I have medical records showing my valid medical issue. If you can't refill until the end of October, you must have just gotten it filled. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. No pharmacy can give you another fill on it. I get 90 pills which cost me $74.00 last month November. This month it cost $147.00, Does anyone know what is going on? ## I usually get 120 10/325 for $67 using a free prescription savings card. Today I picked up my prescription and it was $102! Pharmacist told me that was due to a recent shortage. My 120 15mg jumped from $37 to $62. There are only 2 Pain Management clinics here in Yuma AZ Now that the Dr. I was seeing retired. I had been to one of the clinics here and they stopped seeing me because they considered it a violation to recieve pain meds from another Dr. When i was 2000 miles away on vacation. I called in to get the script from them but they wouldn't write it without me actually being there and a few months later i had another simular situation occur. They then proceeded to tell the only other pain clinic here that i was reciving multiple perscriptions from multiple out of state Dr.s while i was under a contract with them. My closest option is 3 hours away unless i can find a local Dr willing to help. Any suggestions.

Hello this is the first time I have ever posted in a forum but I do not know where else to turn. So I have been taking Oxycodone off and on for about 5 yrs. I was hit by a car in AZ while I was walking and after a few MRI's I was put on 15 mg Roxicodone 5 times a day I was taking that for about 1yr now in az they are not that strict on Thier laws now sometimes I would have more pain so I would take 30 Mgs instead of 15, I told my doc and he said that happens sometimes so a few months before I left Az I was taking 30 Mgs up to 5 times a day (prescribed of course) so I end up leaving AZ and I move to Washington state the first thing I do is get reffered to A neurologist and pain management, the first thing he does is tell me I was on way to much and cuts me to 10mgs 3 times a day........

I travel every week for work, and will be in Knoxville next week when my script refill is due...my dr knows I travel and provides me scripts to fill when they are due. I have a legitimate script for oxycodone 15mg - I have tried every pharmacy in this dumb town, NONE will fill an out of state script. Anybody from Knoxville able to send me a pharmacy name that will fill out of state script? ## How are you contacting the pharmacies to ask? I am currently taking 30mg oxycodone 4x daily. I have failed back surg syndrome and many other herniated discs in most levels of entire spine. The recent CDC crackdown is effecting the way docs in Arizona write for opiods here. No one wants to write for immediate release oxycodone (from what I've heard, it's due to people overdosing, selling them, and abusing them). I happen to be someone who takes them as prescribed, and I'm being punished bc of the "others who've screwed it up for ppl like me". My father in law takes 120 milligrams a day or 4-30 milligrams a day and is looking for pain management doctor who is willing to prescribe that amount for him. The only ones he's been able to find only want to do half of that. Does anyone know of any good doctors around there? Round white pill az 011 - I think it's 5/325mg oxycodone-acetaminophen to treat moderate to severe pain. ## Hello, Carol! How are you? Actually, this tablet contains ONLY 500 mg of Acetaminophen. There is NO narcotic / opiate ingredient such as Oxycodone in it. (NDC 51824-011, among others). Inactive Ingredients: - Corn Starch - Stearic Acid - Povidone - Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato ## So this pill is just Tylenol or with pain killer in it cuz I am looking one up and both results keep coming up. I have been prescribed oxycodone 30 MG's for about 4 years 1 to 2 a day. I decided on the 11th of this month enough is enough! I hated the daily routine in order not to be sick for the day that I had to continue to take them. I became committed to do this for myself and children especially. They don't need a part of me they need all of me. I live in Az and it is harder and harder to come by. I could never see myself putting a needle in me and becoming a junkie. I have been told over & over that my prescription for oxycontin has expired after 14 days. I have had this problem with CVS Caremark, Inc Mail Order Pharmacy numerous times. This went on throughout 2014 & in to 2015. They continue to screw with me. They will fill it, then they won't. I have been told by my Dr. who's office is in NV that it is valid for 30 days, but because I live in Arizona, CVS says it's expired after 14 days. I know for a fact it is still valid but they continue to argue with me. I have been on a daily dosage (total) of 120 mg. of Oxycodone since 2013. My current provider is the VA hospital. They are getting worse than ever, treat veterans like crap, and finding a place to even park at the VA hospital is now taking me an extra 30-45 minutes of circling until I find a spot (I am a paraplegic and have to use a wheelchair so I need a spot that has the extra space that allows me to get my wheelchair out of my van). I moved to candler NC from Phoenix AZ where I was on pain medicine since 1978 but can't find a doctor here or pain manager that will write them for me. Does anyone know of a doctor in Asheville or surrounding areas that isn't afraid to write for them? I'm at my wits end and very much in pain.

Why can't I get my legitimate script filled in Tucson. What's up with that? People need to get their medicine. My condition requires me to take 15mg tablets every 6 hours. I use it for break through pain and a 100 mcg fentanyl patch. If patients can't get their required, legitimate scripts filled, patients get sick because our cycle of pain goes out of control therefore, patients are unable to manage pain. Sudden unavailability exacerbates pain and is counter productive to manageing pain. Please advise.
