I am 41 years old. My triglycerides 225 (188), Cholestrol174 (159) LDL-114(110) and HDL-20(20R). Note with in the brackets are test dated 10-08-2010. My doctor advised me to take Fibator tablet containing atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate IP 145 mg. as regular course. Kindly advise whether these tables are right advice also sugest me any side effects on that and how log can take this.. ## Atorvastatin and Fenofibrate are commonly used to help lower elevated cholesterol levels. was switched to Atorvastatin 80mg tab MFG:Sandoz. when you open bottle, pills smell like they were soaked in alcohol. ## Hi flor, From what I could gather, there are actually many reports filed about the strong smell and taste of this medication. WHAT ARE THE COLOURS AND MARKINGS ON ASPAVOR 20 MG TABLETS ## Aspavor contains the active ingredient Atorvastatin, which is used to help lower cholesterol. Unfortunately, it not available in the U.S. so we have no records of the description of the tablets. Have you tried checking with your local pharmacist? Can Aztor 20 lower you platelet count? My platelet count was 281 last week and the only change in my medication was that I have been advised to switch from rose day 10 mg to Aztor 20. My platelet count in a span of 8 to 10 days has dropped to 128. I ordered lipitor 10 mg as I always have and did not receive the normal eclipse shape pill. I receive a round pill imprinted with 10 on one side and ATC on the other side. Has anyone been aware of pfizer lipitor changing the shape of their 10 mg pill. ## change in shape of lipitor brand tablets.
