please describe use of it. ## Can I take two tab of shanastat 20 instead of tanact 40? Content of shanastat 20 is atorvastain 20. My latest lipid profile shows LDL 88, HDL 30, S cholesterol 148 and triglycerides 150. Can there any side effect on sugar. ## How long one should use Tonact-40 to reduce cholesterol.Is it harmfull to use on daily basis. Is Tonact -40 used for any other treatment other than reducing cholesterol level ## i m taking atorva20 since last 50days.now im suffering from abdomanial pain. Is it due to the side effect of this medicine?what can i do?

I am under treatment of hypertension and abnormality of Left Ventrical (LV has thickened) and also for prostrat enlargement. My age is 56 years. Medicines prescribed:- Telmisartan, Hydrochlorothiazide, Amlodipine, Atorvastain Calcium, Tamsulosin Hydrochloride. My total cholesterol was 265 mg with LDL at 170 mg. I was prescribed fibrovas about 4 years back and still continuing it taking it on alternate days. Now my cholesterol is 171 mg with LDL at 115 mg.
