I bought at Costco Myrtle Beach Aspirin 81mg... I would like to know if they are like Baby aspirin. Thank you for answering me. ## Regular Aspirin differs from Baby Aspirin, in that Baby Aspirin is about 25% of the standard 325mg dose. Baby Aspirin generally comes in the 81mg dose with artificial flavoring (and may be in a chewable form). The low 81mg dose can also be purchased for the adult (regular) Aspirin pills as well; but isn't a chewable. It is really a matter of preference when it comes to deciding between the two. I hope this information helps!

I had a blockage in the main artery in my stomach going down into my left leg 2 months ago. I had to have a stent put in and was put on Plavix and Aspirin. After a month I discontinued the Plavix and have continued on Aspirin, the question is that I want to have breast augementation done would it hurt me to have it done knowing that I am taking an 81mg Aspirin? ## Hi Deb, Usually when your considering an operation, the surgeon will give you pre-op instructions as to what is and is not allowed or recommended. From past experiences of friends and family going into surgery, I know that they haven't been able to take any sort of medication (even vitamins) befpre an operation, so personally, I wouldn't suggest taking anything. I hope this advice helps!
